首先這個酒店説自己是 2025 年開業，結果是非常老舊的酒店衹是換了一個名字，首先我們説環境，沒有吃早餐的地方，衹能買個麵包充饑！熱水壺裡是厚厚的鹼，沒法用！地毯有的地方都發黴了，沙發也是掉皮，那個凳子上滿滿的一層灰塵！晚上到了已經 10 點多，就將就住下了，然後發現床單和枕頭上有臟汙，給酒店反應了衹能第二天下午三點給更換！第二天早上起來發現床頭上有血跡，那個門口牆上也是血跡，告知了酒店！他們説沒辦法退費！然後房間很吵，兩個晚上衹能戴著降噪耳機睡覺！退房當天説要 11 點退房，我 10 點 40 在衞生間，就有一名外籍男性，不敲門直接按密碼進來了！我才問了酒店幾點必須走，他們説 11 點！如果有負分，我一定給個負分！從來不做評價，這個酒店實在無法忍受，寫那麼多評論，謹防以後有人上當

衞生還可以，環境乾淨整潔，房間比較寬敞大，有噪音

This is NOT HOTEL anymore. I booked was because thought that it was a hotel. But after booked, there was someone contact me, some sort like the service apartment or Airbnb. The hotel was run down and pass to 3 different management to handle the building. This was not I want. But because of booking was non refundable , so I may only accept it. Felt like misleading and cheating. I booked the room because mentioned executive with 2 beds. But from the photo gallery only show one bed area. After checked in, noticed that the second bed was place at the entrance with surrounded by the mirrors. This make us very uncomfortable. The sofa provided was very dirty and full of stains. The floor are uneven due to the floor board was too old. There were few plugs in the room but only 2 have current. The rest of the plug were not working. (Not count for over n refrigerator which were fix there). Only 2 plugs can working , this was very inconvenient. Even have hair on the coffee table there. Seem like not really clean up properly . The parking furthermore was not free. It cost us RM13 from 10pm+ to next day morning 9am. Sound proof was bad. Beside the building was the railways. We can heard very loud n clear when the train / mrt passed by. Overall experienced very unsatisfied. Will not go back again in the future.

This not a hotel. 訂房網站 app showed it as it was a hotel, truly misleading. See the photo. It just a normal homestay style of accommodation...if you stayed more than a day, nobody will come to tidy the room. Overall. I still think it was 訂房網站's fault of portraying it as a hotel....misleading. Bad recommendation by 訂房網站.com.

ショッピングモールの上にあるので、買い物や食事に困りません。広さも設備も十分でした。 連泊の場合、途中で「清掃に入りますか？」と連絡をくれるのも親切だと思いました。 また利用させていただきたいです。

食事無しのプランです。 部屋は清潔感があり裸足でも大丈夫です。 シャワーは湯量、溫度も安定しています。 冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあり、隣のショッピングモールに併設されているので雨の心配も無く買い物したものを保存、溫めて食べることも可能です。

This hotel is still refurbished. Thia is not hotel. It was like air bnb. Check in hotel by WhatsApp group n got the pin number to open the hotel door No more lobby

So far so good! The stay has been comfortable and everything is working fine. No issues so far and I’m quite happy with the place.
